摘  要:针对某航空输油管道电子清管器供电方式进行研究,对其现有的充电方式进行改进,提出了通过无线充电的方式为电子清管器进行供电。目前电子清管器多采用电池更换或有线的方式对电池进行充电,不可避免地会破坏电子清管器的密闭性,还会因密封性不好导致油液渗入而使电路系统受到破坏。为改进电子清管器供电方式,增强可靠性,采用HT66FW2230芯片作为控制处理核心,实现了功率调节、信号输出等功能,进行了系统控制电路、电压电流解调电路、线圈等设计。经过实验测试,实现了用无线充电方式对锂电池进行供电,充分提高了电子清管器的可靠性。Based on the research on the power supply method of an electronic pig in an aviation oil pipeline,the existing charging method was improved,and a wireless charging method was proposed to power the electronic pig.At present,electronic pigs mostly use battery replacement or wired methods to charge the batteries,which will inevitably destroy the airtightness of the electronic pig,and the circuit system will be damaged due to oil leakage due to poor sealing.In order to improve the power supply of the electronic pig and enhance the reliability,the HT66 FW2230 chip is used as the control processing core to realize the functions of power adjustment and signal output.The system control circuit,voltage and current demodulation circuit,coil and other designs have been designed and tested through experiments,realize the power supply to the lithium battery by wireless charging,and fully improve the reliability of the electronic pig.
