摘  要:根据习近平总书记文艺工作座谈会和中国文联十九大开幕式上的重要讲话精神及国家文创政策的制定背景、实施要求、发展目标,提出公共图书馆文创开发需要紧跟国家相关政策,需要深入挖掘馆藏资源,需要认真研究社会需求,需要充分利用当代科技,需要积极开展跨界融合,需要吸引更多读者参与。According to the spirit of the important speech at the Opening Ceremony of the 19th National Congress of the Chinese Federation of Literature and Art,General Secretary Xi Jinping's Forum on Literary and Art Work,the formulation background,implementation requirements and development goals of the national cultural and creative policy.Proposals are presented in this article that public library cultural and creative development needs to closely follow relevant national policies;cultural and creative development needs to dig deeper into the collection resources;cultural and creative development needs to seriously study social needs;cultural and creative development needs to make full use of contemporary science and technology;cultural and creative development needs to actively develop Integration of the world;and cultural and creative development needs to attract more readers to participate.
