摘  要:为了探讨日粮中添加不同水平的复合微生态制剂对青海细毛羊血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标的影响,试验将45只青海细毛羊随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg复合微生态制剂,试验期60 d,试验结束后测定试验羊只血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(GPT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(GOT)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)。结果表明:试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与对照组相比,TP含量分别提高4.95%(P<0.05)和9.28%(P<0.05),ALB含量分别提高11.28%(P<0.05)和13.15%(P<0.05),BUN含量分别降低10.34%(P<0.05)和13.79%(P<0.05),GPT含量分别降低5.45%(P>0.05)和11.44%(P<0.05),GOT含量分别降低4.96%(P<0.05)和6.27%(P<0.05),IgA含量分别提高12.09%(P>0.05)和21.86%(P<0.05),IgG含量分别提高11.45%(P<0.05)和21.55%(P<0.05),TNF-α含量分别提高2.18%(P<0.05)和3.53%(P<0.05),IL-2含量分别提高2.22%(P>0.05)和3.92%(P<0.05),IL-6含量分别提高4.12%(P<0.05)和7.26%(P<0.05),T-AOC含量分别提高17.19%(P<0.05)和21.88%(P<0.05),T-SOD活性分别提高4.54%(P>0.05)和6.86%(P<0.05),GSH-Px活性分别提高6.29%(P<0.05)和11.27%(P<0.05),CAT活性分别提高5.56%(P>0.05)和10.27%(P<0.05),MDA含量分别降低8.45%(P<0.05)和13.35%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组与试验Ⅰ组相比,TP含量提高4.13%(P<0.05),IgG含量提高9.06%(P<0.05),IL-6含量提高3.02%(P<0.05),GSH-Px活性提高4.69%(P<0.05)。说明青海细毛羊基础日粮中添加500 mg/kg、1 000 mg/kg微生态制剂均能改善青海细毛羊的血清生化、免疫和抗氧化指标,提高青海细毛羊的健康水平,但综合考虑养殖成本,建议复合微生态制剂临床最�In order to investigate the effects of different levels of compound microecological probiotics on serum biochemical, immune and antioxidant indexes of Qinghai fine wool sheep, forty-five Qinghai fine wool sheep were randomly divided into control group, experimental group Ⅰ and experimental group Ⅱ. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were fed with basic diet added with 500 mg/kg and 1 000 mg/kg compound microecological agents, respectively. The experimental period was 60 days. At the end of the experiment, the content of serum total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), urea nitrogen(BUN), alanine aminotransferase(GPT), aspartate aminotransferase(GOT), immunoglobulin A(IgA), immunoglobulin M(IgM), immunoglobulin G(IgG), tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6(IL-6), malondialdehyde(MDA), and the activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and catalase(CAT), and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) were measured in experimental sheep. The results showed that compared with control group, TP content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased by 4.95%(P<0.05) and 9.28%(P<0.05), respectively;ALB content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased by 11.28%(P<0.05) and 13.15%(P<0.05),respectively;BUN content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased by 10.34%(P<0.05) and 13.79%(P<0.05),respectively;GPT content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased by 5.45%(P>0.05) and 11.44%(P<0.05),respectively;GOT content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ decreased by 4.96%(P<0.05) and 6.27%(P<0.05),respectively;IgA content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased by 12.09%(P>0.05) and 21.86%(P<0.05),respectively;IgG content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased by 11.45%(P<0.05) and 21.55%(P<0.05),respectively;TNF-α content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱincreased by 2.18%(P<0.05) and 3.53%(P<0.05),respectively;IL-2 content in experimental group Ⅰ and Ⅱ increased by 2.22%(P>0.05) and 3.92%(P<0.05),respective
