姜黄乳炎散对奶牛的安全性试验研究

摘　　要：为了评定姜黄乳炎散对奶牛的安全性,试验将20头健康奶牛随机分4组,分别为A组(推荐剂量,500 g/剂)、B组(3倍推荐剂量,1500 g/剂)、C组(5倍推荐剂量,2500 g/剂)、D组(空白对照组),每组5头。姜黄乳炎散用温水调和后经口灌服,早晚各1次,连用7 d。试验期间监测试验奶牛用药前后的临床体征及第0,7,14天的产奶量、奶品质、血液生理与生化指标变化。结果表明:用药后A、B组奶牛的饮水、采食等生命体征均未出现异常;C组奶牛于第4天开始采食和饮水次数减少,粪便稀软,有水样粪便;试验期间各组奶牛体重、产奶量及奶品质均无异常;各组泌乳奶牛血液生理指标和血清生化指标均处于正常范围内,血小板数、血小板压积、丙氨酸氨基转移酶与天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性、尿素含量等指标尽管出现变化,但仍处于正常值范围内,未见异常升高或降低。说明姜黄乳炎散临床推荐剂量及其3倍剂量均处于安全范围,临床推荐用量不要超过1500 g。In order to evaluate the safety of Turmeric Ruyan Powder to dairy cows,20 healthy dairy cows were randomly divided into 4 groups including group A of recommended dose being 500 g,group B of 3-fold recommended dose being 1500 g,group C of 5-fold recommended dose being 2500 g,and blank group D with 5 animals in each group.Turmeric Ruyan Powder was administered orally after being homogenized with warm water,once in the morning and the evening for 7 days.The clinical signs of the test dairy cows before and after the administration in this experiment were monitored,as well as the changes of milk production,milk quality,blood physiological and biochemical indexes on day 0,7 and 14.The results showed that there were no abnormality in the vital signs such as water intake and feeding between group A and B post administration.Group C began to have less water intake and feeding,soft feces and water-like feces on day 4.During the experiment period,there were no abnormality in the weight,milk yield and milk quality of each group.The blood physiological and biochemical indexes in each group were in the normal range.The indexes such as platelet number,platelet packed volume,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity,urea contents,were still within the normal range despite changes,and there was no abnormal increase or decrease.The results suggested that the recommended dosage and 3-fold dosage of Turmeric Ruyan Powder were in the safe range,and the recommended clinical dosage should not exceed 1500 g.
