摘　　要：热熔玻璃由于其立体效果好,具有良好的装饰效果和艺术效果,是家庭装修的重要材料,但是在加工生产中往往由于保温材料及模具含有水分,加热装置设置不科学、温度控制不合理而影响产品质量,通过采取预烘炉,模具预干燥、控制玻璃板面均匀加热、温度和保温时间实现自动控制等措施,保证了产品的质量和艺术价值。Due to its good three-dimensional effect,good decorative effect and artistic effect,hot-melt glass is an important material for home decoration.However,in the processing and production,the product quality is often affected by the moisture content in the insulation material and mold,unscientific setting of heating device and unreasonable temperature control.By adopting pre drying furnace,mold pre drying and controlling the uniform heating,temperature and temperature of the glass plate,the product quality can be improved The automatic control ofheat preservation time ensures the product quality and artistic value.
