摘　　要：在浮法玻璃生产中,气泡类的缺陷占比很高,影响玻璃产品质量和成品率。随着窑龄的增长,耐火材料的侵蚀加重,类似的气泡类缺陷逐渐突出,特别是在流道附近产生的气泡尤为突出。结合某公司实际生产状况,简要分析了流道处气泡产生的原因,给出了应对解决方法。In float glass production process,the proportion of bubble type defect is very high,which affects the quality and yield of glass products.With the increase of the furnace service life,the erosion of refractory material is aggravated,and the bubble defects are gradually prominent,especially the bubbles occurred near the spout.Combined with the actual production states of a company,the causes of bubbles in the spout are briefly analyzed,and the solutions are recommended.
