摘　　要：介绍了自动浸蜡控制设备控制柜的散热设计过程,包括控制柜组成、热载荷分析和风机选型计算,并通过热仿真进行设计验证。样机试验表明控制柜稳定、可靠,对非标设备电气控制柜的设计具有参考价值。This paper introduces the heat dissipation design process of the control cabinet of the automatic wax impregnation control equipment,including the composition of the control cabinet,the analysis of the thermal load and the calculation of the fan selection,and carries out the design verification through the thermal simulation.The prototype test shows that the control cabinet is stable and reliable,which has reference value for the design of electrical control cabinet of non-standard equipment.
