摘 要:随着分子生物技术在动物遗传育种中的应用,大量与不同性状相关的目标基因及其SNP位点被发现,加快了动物遗传改良的进程。腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶γ3(protein kinase,AMP-activated,gamma 3 noncatalytic subunit,PRKAG3)基因已被证实为调控肉质性状的候选基因,其能够在骨骼肌中高度表达,并参与机体的营养代谢过程。文章主要综述了PRKAG3基因概述以及其与畜禽肉质性状相关性的研究进展,以期为今后利用PRKAG3基因改良畜禽肉质提供参考。With the application of molecular biotechnology in animal genetics and breeding,a large number of target genes and SNP loci related to different traits have been found,accelerating the process of animal genetic improvement.Protein kinase,AMP-activated,gamma 3 noncatalytic subunit(PRKAG3)has been proved to be a candidate gene for regulating meat quality,which can be highly expressed in skeletal muscle and participate in the nutritional metabolism of the body.In this paper,the structure and function of PRKAG3 gene and its relationship with meat quality were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the application of PRKAG3 gene in meat quality of livestock and poultry in the future.
