摘 要:为了了解扬州周边地区大肠杆菌的耐药现状及产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的基因流行情况,试验对2018年1—3月份扬州大学动物医院送检的病料进行大肠杆菌的分离鉴定,然后对分离到的疑似大肠杆菌菌株进行了生化鉴定、药敏试验,并通过PCR法检测TEM、SHV、CTX-M-1、CTX-M-2和CTX-M-9这5种ESBLs型耐药基因的携带情况。结果表明:细菌分离培养得到65株疑似大肠杆菌菌株。65株菌株的生化鉴定结果与大肠杆菌的生化特征一致;分离菌株对链霉素的耐药率为75.38%,对β-内酰胺类药物美洛西林、头孢曲松和头孢噻肟的耐药率分别为43.08%、27.69%和16.92%;65株菌中有35株携带TEM基因,2株携带SHV基因,3株携带CTX-M-1基因,9株携带CTX-M-9基因,未检测到CTX-M-2基因,有8株菌含2种及以上的耐药基因。说明分离到的65株大肠杆菌对多种抗菌药物都产生了耐药性,且TEM和CTX-M基因为扬州地区主要的ESBLs型流行基因。In order to investigate the current status of drug resistance of Escherichia coli and gene distribution of the extended spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) produced by those E. coli, isolated 65 strains of E. coli isolated from the samples presenting typical colibacillosis were obtained from Animal Hospital of Yangzhou University from January to March 2018 in this experiment and,biochemical identification and drug susceptibility test were carried out. The carrying status of the 5 ESBLs-type drug resistance genes including TEM,SHV,CTX-M-1,CTX-M-2 and CTX-M-9 was detected by PCR. The results showed that the biochemical characteristics of the 65 strains were consistent with those of E. coli. The isolated strains had 75.38% of resistance rate to streptomycin,and 43.08%,27.69%,and 16.92% respectively of resistance rates to β-lactams including mezlocillin,ceftriaxone and cefotaxime. Among 65 strains,there was TEM gene carried in 35 strains,SHV gene in 2 strains,CTX-M-1 gene in 3 strains,and CTX-M-9 gene in 9 strains. CTX-M-2 gene did not appear in any strain. Two or more drug resistance genes appeared in 8 strains. The results suggested that the 65 isolated strains of E. coli were resistant to a variety of antimicrobial drugs,and TEM, CTX-M gene was the predominantly prevalent ESBLs-type gene in Yangzhou region.
