摘 要:为检测植物精油对鸡皮刺螨成虫的驱杀效果,分别选用5%、10%浓度的樟脑、广藿香、薄荷、苦楝精油对鸡皮刺螨成虫进行体外熏杀和触杀试验。结果表明:试验10 min后,各精油组的熏杀率均为100%,触杀率高达55%以上,其中10%薄荷精油触杀效率最高达90%。说明樟脑、广藿香、薄荷、苦楝油对鸡皮刺螨成虫兼具熏杀和触杀效果,且杀虫作用迅速、高效,具有很强的临床应用潜力。In order to test the repellent effect of plant essential oils on adult Dermanyssus gallinae,5% or 10% concentration of camphor,patchouli,peppermint,and neem essential oils were used to carry out in vitro fumigation and contact killing tests on adult Dermanyssus gallinae. The results showed that after the test for 10 minutes,the fumigation rate of each essential oil group was 100%,the contact killing rate was more than 55%,and the contact killing rate of 10% peppermint essential oil was as high as 90%. The results suggested that camphor,patchouli,peppermint,and neem oils had both fumigation and contact killing effect on adult Dermanyssus gallinae;the insecticidal effect was rapid and efficient,and had strong clinical application potential.
