基于小程序的实验室教学日志系统的设计

摘　　要：实验室管理工作涉及整个高校教学正常运转的各个方面,工作庞杂、用户要求高,传统的管理模式很难适应现代信息技术时代高校教学的需求。该文通过对高校实验室教学管理的业务流程的调研和分析,采用移动终端实现信息流的跟踪管理,构建基于微信小程序的实验室教学日志系统,实现了日志填写、使用预约、故障报修三大模块,极大提高了系统的可操作性和便利性,促进高校教学中实验室管理工作向规范、高效的目标发展。The laboratory management involves all aspects of the normal operation of the whole university teaching,the work is complex,the user requirements are high,the traditional management mode is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern information technology era of university teaching.Through the investigation and analysis of the business process of university laboratory teaching management,this paper uses the mobile terminal to realize the tracking management of information flow,constructs the laboratory teaching log system based on WeChat applet,and realizes the three modules of log filling,use appointment and fault repair,which greatly improves the operability and convenience of the system,and promotes the development of laboratory management in college teaching towards a standardized and efficient goal.
