双流板坯连铸机中间包长寿命技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：对双流板坯连铸机中包工作层塌料、上水口渗钢、板间穿钢、水口更换打不动和塞棒断棒等事故进行了现场调查和系统分析,并从原料设计、参数设计、工艺优化及施工方案改进等方面制定了针对性措施。这些措施采取后,双流板坯连铸机中间包连浇炉数达到了40炉,中间包寿命长达1285 min,中间包耐材事故也得到了有效控制。In this paper,on-site investigation and systematic analysis are carried out on the accidents such as the collapse of the package working layer in the double-flow slab caster,the seepage of steel in the upper water port,the steel permeation between the plates,the replacement of the water port and the broken rod of the plug rod,and the targeted measures are formulated from the aspects of raw material design,parameter design,process optimization and construction program improvement.After these measures were taken,the number of double-flow slab caster intermediate package pouring furnaces reached 40 furnaces,the middle package life of up to 1285 minutes,the intermediate package material resistance accident has also been effectively controlled.
