局部穿刺冲洗排石法联合非布司他口服治疗急性痛风性关节炎患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨局部穿刺冲洗排石法联合非布司他口服治疗急性痛风性关节炎患者的疗效。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月医院接诊的40例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各20例。对照组采用单一非布司他治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用局部穿刺冲洗排石法治疗,比较两组血清尿酸(SUA)水平、关节疼痛程度、关节肿胀程度及关节活动度。结果治疗3 d后,两组血清SUA水平较治疗前明显降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3 d后,两组关节疼痛程度、关节肿胀程度、关节活动度评分均较治疗前明显降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在非布司他治疗急性痛风性关节炎患者的基础上,联合局部穿刺冲洗排石法治疗能够有效降低血清SUA水平,减轻患者的关节疼痛、肿胀程度,改善关节活动度。Objective To investigate the curative effect of local puncture and flushing stone removal combined with febuxostat oral treatment in patients with acute gout arthritis.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with febuxystat alone,and the experimental group was additionally treated with local puncture and flushing stone removal method on the basis of the control group.The serum uric acid(SUA)level,degree of joint pain,degree of joint swelling and range of motion were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 days of treatment,the serum SUA levels in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the degree of joint pain,joint swelling and range of motion in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of febuxostat in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis,combined with local puncture and flushing stone removal treatment can effectively reduce serum SUA level,reduce the patient's degree of joint pain and swelling,and improve the range of motion.
