摘 要:目的研究在氯酸钠抑制剂控制的条件下温度、pH值、溶解氧(DO)和有机碳源对亚硝化反应的影响。方法采用自制的SBR反应器,以C/N比为1的低C/N比废水为试验水样,控制温度、pH值、DO和有机碳源,定期检测进、出水中NH4^(+)-N以及出水中NO_(2)^(-)-N和NO_(3)^(-)-N的质量浓度,分析其变化规律。结果温度、pH值、DO和有机碳源对亚硝化反应均有影响,当温度为28℃,pH=8.0,ρ(DO)=1.0 mg/L,ρ(COD_(Cr))=150 mg/L,氯酸钠抑制剂投加量为1.2 mmol/L时,NH4^(+)-N平均去除率,NO_(2)^(-)-N累积率最高。结论温度、pH值、DO和有机碳源对投加氯酸钠抑制剂的亚硝化反应有影响,在实际运行中应控制在最佳范围内,确保亚硝化工艺的高效稳定运行。Effects of temperature,pH value,dissolved oxygen(DO)and organic carbon source on nitrosation reaction was studied in self-made SBR reactor under the control of sodium chlorate inhibitor.Low C/N ratio wastewater as water sample was added in the reactor.The mass concentration of NH_(4)^(+)-N in the inflow and effluent and NO_(2)^(-)-N and NO_(3)^(-)-N in the effluent were regularly detected to be analyzed their change rule under the control of temperature,pH value,DO and organic carbon source.Results show that the nitrosation reaction is affected by temperature,pH value,DO and organic carbon source.When the temperature is 28℃and the dosage of sodium chlorate inhibitor is 1.2 mmol/L,pH=8.0,ρ(DO)=1.0 mg/L,ρ(COD Cr)=150 mg/L,average removal rate of NH_(4)^(+)-N and cumulative rate of NO_(2)^(-)-N are the highest.So in actual operation when temperature,pH value,DO and organic carbon source are controlled within the optimal range,the efficient and stable operation of the nitrosation process can be ensured.
