摘 要:皮带张力计作为一种非接触式的张力测量仪器,近年来在实际工作中得到广泛应用。相比于音波式皮带张力计受外界环境噪声干扰过大的缺点,光电式皮带张力计因其较高的测量精度和效率得到进一步推广,但针对光电式皮带张力计的校准方法却没有统一结论。该文提出一种光电式皮带张力计的校准方法,并通过校准过程中的不确定度计算,得出一种较为合理的光电式皮带张力计的校准方法。Belt tension meter was a non-contact tension testing equipment that had a wide range of industrial uses.Compared with sonic belt tension meter,photoelectric belt tension meter was more apparent and effective to measure tension.However,there were no calibration methods for photoelectric belt tension meter in calibration industry.In the present work,a method to calibrate photoelectric belt tension meter accurately was proposed,and obtained uncertainty analysis through test by calculation.
