摘　　要：针对伺服系统中对传感器小型化、高精度的需求,提出了一种基于光电和磁电双检测原理的绝对式编码器的设计与实现。重点阐述了光电和磁电组合检测的工作原理,详细介绍了电气实现方案。测试结果表明,设计的绝对式编码器精度明显提高,具有广泛的应用前景。According to the requirement of sensor miniaturization and high precision in servo system,a absolute encoder based on optical and magnetic dual detection principle is advanced.Working principle of dual combi natio n with optical and mag netic is expatiated.Electrical realizatio n project is particularly in troduced.The test results show that the absolute encoder has extensive application future with improved accuracy.
