摘 要:为使华亭硫回收装置在超低负荷进料时能稳定运行(酸性气进料低于816 kg/h时,硫回收装置联锁停车),避免酸性气放火炬燃烧,保护大气环境,采用Aspen Plus V10软件对范围为100~700 kg/h(间隔50 kg/h)的酸性气进料进行了模拟运行。对其中4组模拟数据进行了分析,将分析结果应用于硫回收装置实际运行,并对理论模拟和实际运行数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,硫回收装置在酸性气超低负荷进料时可稳定运行。随着酸性气进料的增加,氧气和非渗透气进料呈增大趋势,硫磺产量逐渐增加,并且当氧气和非渗透气进料质量比值接近1时硫磺产量和回收率相对较高。理论模拟硫回收率在99.97%~100%之间波动,实际运行硫回收率在97.53%~99.86%之间波动,模拟与实际运行数据非常接近,验证了模拟结果的合理性。In order to ensure stable operation of Huating sulfur recovery unit under ultra-low load feeding(the sulfur recovery unit will be interlocked and shut down when the acid gas feeding is lower than 816 kg/h),avoid discharging acid gas to the torch and protect the atmosphere,Aspen Plus V10 software was used to simulate the operation of the device when the acid gas feeding in the range of 100~700 kg/h(50 kg/h interval).Four groups of simulation data were analyzed,and the analysis results were applied to the actual operation of the sulfur recovery unit,and then the simulation and actual operation data were compared and analyzed.The results show that the sulfur recovery unit can operate stably when the acid gas is fed at an ultra-low load.With the increase of the acid gas feed,the oxygen and impermeable gas feeds show increasing trends,and the sulfur output increases gradually.When the feed mass ratio of oxygen to impermeable gas is close to 1,the sulfur output and recovery rate are relatively high.The sulfur recovery rate fluctuates between 99.97%and 100%in the simulation operation,and fluctuates between 97.53%and 99.86%in the actual operation,the simulation operation data are very close to the actual situation,which verifies the rationality of the simulation results.
