摘  要:针对国内某大型LNG接收站气化单元中的超级开架式海水气化器(SuperORV),采用ANASY软件建立了贴合实际的SuperORV模型,对不同LNG入口压力及入口流速下的设备传热特性进行了模拟分析,并通过对比现场试验给出了设备操作的优化建议。研究表明:LNG及超临界NG的热物性变化对气化传热具有重要影响,SuperORV传热管内十字扰流杆可以增加流体湍动性从而强化传热;实际运行中,控制LNG入口压力接近临界压力,适当提高LNG入口流速增强流体扰动,可以提升设备换热效果。Aiming at the Super Open Rack Vaporizer(SuperORV)in the gasification unit of a large-scale LNG terminals,a SuperORV model that fits the reality was established with ANASY.The heat transfer characteristics of the equipment in different LNG inlet pressures and inlet flow rates were simulated and analyzed,and the optimization suggestions for equipment operation were given through the comparison of field tests.The research shows that the changes in thermophysical properties of LNG and supercritical NG have important impacts on the heat transfer,and the cross-spoiler rod in the heat transfer tube of SuperORV can increase the fluid turbulence and thus enhance the heat transfer.In actual operation,controlling the LNG inlet pressure close to the critical pressure and appropriately increasing the LNG inlet flow rate can improve the heat exchange effect of the equipment.
