摘 要:针对页岩地层钻井作业过程中井壁失稳的难题,以自然界资源丰富的木质素为原料,利用(3-氯-2-羟丙基)三甲基氯化铵对其进行季铵化改性制备了一种抑制性和环保性兼顾的水基钻井液页岩抑制剂SGI-1。通过线性膨胀实验、页岩滚动回收实验评价了抑制剂SGI-1的抑制性;通过接触角实验、水活化度实验及Zeta电位实验对SGI-1抑制机理进行分析;对SGI-1生物毒性及对钻井液性能的影响进行评价。结果表明:抑制剂SGI-1加量为2.0%时,16h后页岩滚动回收率为94.10%、线性膨胀率5.81%,优于2.0%聚胺;SGI-1可以改变岩石润湿性,页岩接触角由20.4°增大至69.9°;SGI-1可以降低水活度,增强抑制剂对自由水的束缚程度;SGI-1表面所带的阳离子基团可以与黏土颗粒吸附,并在其表面形成疏水膜减少钻井液滤液侵入。此外,SGI-1与钻井液具有较好的配伍性、较低的生物毒性,对钻井液流变性及失水造壁性影响较小。To solve the problem of wellbore instability in shale formation drilling,in this paper,(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl)trimethylammonium chloride was used to quaternize lignin to prepare a shale inhibitor SGI-1 of water-based drilling fluid,which had both excellent inhibition and good environmental protection.The inhibition of SGI-1 was evaluated through linear swelling test and shale rolling recovery test;the inhibition mechanism of SGI-1 was investigated through contact angle test,water activation experiment and Zeta potential experiment;and the biological toxicity of SGI-1 and its impact on drilling fluid performance were evaluated.The results showed that when the dosage was 2.0%,the shale rolling recovery rate after 16 hours was 94.10%,and the linear swelling rate was 5.81%,which were better than 2.0% polyamine.SGI-1 could change the wettability of the shale.The contact angle of the shale increased from 20.4° to 69.9°;SGI-1 could reduce water activity and enhanced the binding degree of inhibitors to free water;the cationic groups on the surface of SGI-1 could be adsorbed on clay particles.And then a hydrophobic film was formed on the surface to reduce the penetration of drilling fluid filtrate.In addition,SGI-1 had good compatibility with drilling fluids,low biological toxicity,and had little effect on the rheology and filter loss properties of drilling fluids.
