摘　　要：随着科学技术的日新月异,人们对生活必需品的要求也逐渐提高,特别是化妆品,不单是女性,现在男性也很重视对皮肤的保养,所以,它的安全与效果受到了极大的关注。随着对化妆品的不断研究,相关人员发现,蓝光不仅仅会对视网膜造成很大的伤害,对我们的皮肤也会带来损伤,比如氧化压力、色素沉着等等。所以,越来越多的人们开始有意识地对蓝光做好防护。With the rapid development of science and technology,people's requirements for daily necessities have gradually increased,especially cosmetics,which are not only for women,but also for men.Therefore,its safety and effect have received great attention.With the continuous research on cosmetics,related researchers have found that blue light will not only cause great damage to retina,but also bring damage to our skin,such as oxidative stress and pigmentation.Therefore,more and more people began to consciously protect against blue light.
