摘 要:【目的】探究米槁凋落叶分解过程中土壤养分对氮沉降的响应.【方法】于贵州省罗甸县祥林村进行野外氮沉降模拟试验,以NH_(4)NO_(3)为供施氮源,设置低氮(N_(1))、中氮(N_(2))、高氮(N_(3))和对照(CK)4个处理,分析土壤有机质、全氮、水解氮、全磷、有效磷、全钾和有效钾含量的影响.【结果】施氮组有机质含量比对照组高且差异显著;施氮组土壤全氮含量比对照组含量高,但没有显著差异;对比低氮、中氮和高氮3组,中氮组的水解氮含量比低氮组和高氮组的水解氮含量高;施氮处理对土壤全磷含量有明显的抑制作用,且高浓度下抑制作用最强;土壤有效磷含量随时间的变化趋势是先增后减;土壤全钾含量随时间不断减少,但与对照组之间无显著差异;施氮处理对有效钾的含量整体表现为下降状态,且高氮组表现出显著性下降.【结论】氮沉降对土壤全氮、全钾含量无明显的影响,对土壤有机质、水解氮含量有促进作用,对全磷、有效钾含量有抑制作用,对土壤有效磷含量表现出低浓度促进而高浓度抑制的作用.【Objective】To investigate the response of soil nutrients to nitrogen deposition during the litter decomposition of Cinnamomum migao.【Method】NH_(4)NO_(3)was used as the nitrogen supply source to conduct the field nitrogen deposition simulation experiments at Xianglin Village,Luodian County,Guizhou Province.Three nitrogen concentration levels and a controls(CK)were designed,including low nitrogen(N_(1)),middle nitrogen(N_(2))and high nitrogen(N_(3)).【Result】The soil organic matter contents in treatment groups were higher than that of control and the differences were significant.The total nitrogen contents in treatment groups were higher than that of control as well,but the differences were not significant.Among three treatment groups,the available nitrogen content in N_(2)group was higher than that of N_(1)and N_(3)groups.Nitrogen application showed a significant inhibitory effect on soil total phosphorus content,and it was the strongest in N_(3)group.The soil available phosphorus content increased first and then decreased along with time.The soil total potassium content decreased along with time and there was no significant difference with the control.The nitrogen application reduced the available potassium content and it was significant in N_(3)group.【Conclusion】Nitrogen deposition promoted the contents of soil organic matter and hydrolyzable nitrogen content,inhibited the contents of total phosphorus and available potassium and did not show significant effect on the contents of soil total nitrogen and total potassium.As for available phosphorus,it showed the promotion effect under low concentration and inhibition under high concentration.
