摘　　要：为实现某煤矿大倾角上运式原煤输送的需求,根据给定的设计需求、结合实际工作情况,选型设计了一种大倾角上运式的带式输送机,详细介绍了输送机关键零部件的选型设计方法与计算过程,计算了输送机各项工作阻力和圆周驱动力,并对输送带、托辊和辊筒进行了校核,该选型设计的带式输送机工作可靠,理论计算满足设计需求。For purpose of upwardly conveying raw coals at a large inclination,and considering design requirements and actual working conditions,a belt conveyor with a large inclination was designed and its key components’selection and design method and calculation process were described,including the calculation of its working resistance and peripheral driving force as well as the check of conveyor belt,idler and roller.The application results showed that this conveyor works reliably and can meet design requirements theoretically.
