摘  要:探究了绿色水处理剂聚环氧琥珀酸的研究情况,以高钙离子含量明胶废水处理实验为例,分析出水化学需氧量清除率、二价钙离子及聚环氧琥珀酸对污泥体积指数的干扰作用、出水钙离子保留率、聚环氧琥珀酸阻垢率。结果发现,在出水化学需氧量清除率、污泥体积指数、出水二价钙离子保留率方面存在差别,聚环氧琥珀酸阻垢率峰值是59.00%。结果表明,二价钙离子可干扰反应体系中碳酸平衡,形成碳酸钙并附在活性污泥上面,提升污泥含量;聚环氧琥珀酸与二价钙离子存在螯合反应,减少碳酸钙形成量,降低污泥含量;聚环氧琥珀酸分散作用具有阀值。The research situation of green water treatment agent polyepoxysuccinic acid was explored.Taking the treatment experiment of gelatin wastewater with high calcium ion content as an example,the removal rate of COD in effluent,the interference of divalent calcium ion and polyepoxysuccinic acid on sludge volume index,the retention rate of calcium ion in effluent and the scale inhibition rate of polyepoxysuccinic acid were analyzed.The results showed that there were differences in the removal rate of COD,sludge volume index and retention rate of divalent calcium ion in the effluent,and the peak value of scale inhibition rate of polyepoxysuccinic acid was 59.00%.The results show that divalent calcium ions can interfere with the carbonate balance in the reaction system,form calcium carbonate and attach it to the activated sludge to increase the sludge content;polyepoxysuccinic acid has chelation reaction with divalent calcium ions to reduce the formation of calcium carbonate and reduce the sludge content;polyepoxysuccinic acid has a threshold value for dispersion.
