摘 要:为了解决大倾角煤层开采难度大、设备稳定性差等问题,分析大倾角煤层开采过程中的技术难题,针对这些难题,给出开采的关键技术,通过煤层围岩控制技术进行多区段开采,延长工作面充填长度,采用伪仰斜的方法及非线性的布置方式,改善支架等设备的稳定性,采用支架工作阻力分区域的控制技术,提高系统安全性,最后在某矿井中特厚煤层中进行实际应用,工作面的产量达到60万t~120万t,且未发生安全事故。In order to solve the problems of difficult mining and poor stability of equipment in large dip coal seam,this paper analyzes the technical problems in the mining process of large dip coal seam.In view of these problems,the key technologies of mining are given,multi-section mining is carried out by surrounding rock control technology of coal seam,the filling length of working face is prolonged,the stability of equipment such as support is improved by using false inclined method and nonlinear arrangement method,the control technology of working resistance of support is adopted to improve the safety of the system,and finally the practical application is carried out in a very thick coal seam in a mine.The output of working face reached600,000 t~1,200,000 t,and no safety accident occurred.
