摘  要:为保障海洋无隔水管修井作业安全,构建了修井数字孪生系统。设计了海洋修井数字孪生系统五维模型框架,包括修井系统物理实体、虚拟实体、虚实数据交互、人工智能数据分析、作业决策服务。通过SolidWorks构建三维模型,将其导入Unity 3D来建立场景,构建修井系统的虚拟实体,利用虚拟现实技术提升交互性;基于OPC UA协议采集可编程逻辑控制器的实时与历史数据,实现对修井设备的监测;采用MATLAB进行数据分析,构建修井响应模型,对故障信息进行有效诊断与分析,并为修井作业制定决策策略。通过案例讨论论证了海洋修井数字孪生系统的可行性。To ensure the operation safety of ocean intervention,a digital twin of intervention system was constructed.A five-dimensional digital twin system for marine coiled tubing intervention was designed,which included the physical assets,virtual assets,data interaction between virtual and real world,artificial intelligence data analysis and operation decision support modules.A three-dimensional model was constructed by SolidWorks software,and then was imported into Unity 3D for scenes simulation.A virtual assets model of ocean intervention system was built,and the visualization interactivity was enhanced using virtual reality technology.Equipment was monitored based on OPC UA protocol through real-time and historical data collected by Programming Logic Controller(PLC).Data analysis was made with MATLAB software,and the intervention response model was constructed,which could design operation strategies for achieving effective fault diagnosis and prediction.The discussion of a case showed the feasibility of the proposed method.
