摘　　要：为确保热力山岭隧道工程的安全快速施工和热力管道的安全运行维护,在隧道方案设计中,经过重难点技术问题归类、理论计算和多专业综合研究论证,得到如下结论:1)充分利用地形特点实现自然通风与机械通风的结合,可保障管道运行期间维护人员的安全;2)通过隧道结构内增设整体道床和轨道运输系统,可确保管道的日常检修和后期更换需求;3)通过隧道内设置通风设备监控、给排水设备监控及温湿度监测的隧道BAS监控系统,可确保管道的安全运营和日常维护;4)除大推力固定支架采用现浇外,一般推力支架均采用预埋的方式,可确保隧道的安全施工和建设工期。In this study,the major difficulties and technical problems associated with the design of the tunnel scheme are classified via theoretical calculation and multidisciplinary comprehensive research as well as demonstration to ensure the safe and rapid construction of thermal tunnel projects and the safe operation and maintenance of the thermal pipelines.The following conclusions are obtained from this study.(1)Safe operating conditions can be ensured for maintenance personnel during pipeline operation by ensuring both natural and mechanical ventilation.(2)The addition of an integrated bed and rail transit system in the tunnel structure can ensure daily maintenance and pipeline replacement when needed.(3)The monitoring system of the building automation system(BAS)associated with the tunnel that performs various activities,including ventilation equipment monitoring,water supply and drainage equipment monitoring,and temperature and humidity monitoring,can ensure the safe operation and daily maintenance of the pipelines.(4)Fixed-support frames with large-thrust are cast in place and others are embedded to ensure safe operation in the tunnel during the construction period.
