摘 要:针对特长水下隧道不设竖井运营通风方案下的参数优化,依托青岛第二海底隧道在海中不设竖井的新型运营通风方案,利用CFD软件Fluent建立三维数值模型,分别研究2种不同形式排风口(整体式和分离式)、排风口面积、风阀及顶部烟道分岔口位置对风流局部阻力系数的影响,得到最优通风参数及相应的局部阻力系数。研究结果表明:1)在其他条件相同的情况下采用新型通风方案时,整体式排风口优于分离式排风口;2)随着排风口面积增大,排风口段局部阻力系数逐渐减小,减小速率逐渐降低,排风口面积宜取45 m2左右;3)随着风阀与排风口距离增大,局部阻力系数逐渐减小,但减小幅度不大,风阀与排风口距离宜取10 m左右;4)随着顶部烟道分岔口与排风口距离增大,局部阻力系数呈现先减小后增大的变化趋势,顶部烟道分岔口与排风口距离宜取10~20 m。The design parameters of extra-long underwater highway tunnels without vertical operating ventilation shaft need to be optimized.In this work,a 3D Fluent simulation model for a new type of operating ventilation scheme of Jiaozhou Bay second underwater highway tunnel without vertical ventilation shaft is established using computational fluid dynamics software.In addition,the influences of integral-and separate-mode vents,vent area,air valve,and location of top ventilation duct bifurcation on variation law of local resistance coefficient are respectively analyzed.Consequently,the optimal ventilation parameters and the corresponding local resistance coefficients are obtained.The results indicate the following.(1)Under the same conditions,the integral-mode vent outperforms the separate-mode vent.(2)The local resistance coefficient of vent decreases as vent area increases,and the decreasing rate lowers gradually;the recommended vent area is 45 m2.(3)The local resistance coefficient of vent decreases as the distance between air valve and vent increases,and the amplitude reduction is small;the distance between air valve and vent of 10 m is recommended.(4)The local resistance coefficient of vent decreases at first and then increases as the distance between top ventilation duct bifurcation and vent increases;the recommended distance between top ventilation duct bifurcation and vent is 10~20 m.
