刘建秋教授治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘燥痰久咳证的经验

摘　　要：刘建秋教授认为中医辨证咳嗽变异性哮喘本质与哮病相同,仍是宿痰。但具体治疗应根据病机的不同分别在“风咳”“燥痰咳嗽”“久咳”中辨证。其中“燥痰久咳证”是临床难治证之一,因痰邪内热久郁变生燥痰,而肺肾之正气已伤,此时虚实夹杂病情复杂,不易治疗,刘建秋教授根据临证经验自拟扶正祛痰止咳汤治疗效果颇佳。Professor LIU Jianqiu believes that cough variant asthma based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is the same as asthma in essence,and it is still insidious phlegm.However,in specific treatment,syndrome differentiation should be made in“wind cough”,“dry phlegm cough”and“long cough”according to different pathogenesis.Among them,“dry phlegm and long cough syndrome”is one of the clinical refractory syndromes.Because of phlegm evil,internal heat stagnates for a long time,resulting in dry phlegm,while the vital qi of lung and kidney has been damaged.At this time,the condition is complicated and difficult to treat.Professor LIU Jianqiu’s self-made Fuzheng Qutan Zhike Decoction based on clinical experience has a good therapeutic effect.
