摘　　要：目的探讨神经肌电图在糖尿病早期周围神经病变诊断中的应用价值。方法随机选取2016年8月至2018年12月医院收治的107例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,并根据病程不同分为A、B、C组,A组病程>10年,33例;B组病程1~10年,47例;C组病程<1年,27例。所有患者均利用神经肌电图获得临床研究数据,比较3组神经肌电图异常率、神经传导速度异常率、尺神经F波异常率和胫神经H反射异常率。结果A组的神经肌电图异常率、传导速度异常率、尺神经F波异常率和胫神经H反射异常率均高于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将神经肌电图应用于糖尿病患者的诊断中,能够尽早发现周围神经病变情况,利于把握临床最佳治疗时机,改善患者的症状。Objective The application value of neutral electromyogram in diagnosing patients with early diabetic peripheral neuropathy was explored.Methods A total of 107 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into group A(more than 10 years,33 cases),group B(1~10 years,47 cases)and group C(less than 1 year,27 cases)according to the course of disease.The patients'clinical research data were obtained according to the neutral electromyogram.The abnormal rates of neutral electromyogram,nerve conduction velocity,F wave of ulnar nerve and H reflex of tibial nerve were compared among the three groups.Results The abnormal rates of neutral electromyogram,nerve conduction velocity,F wave of ulnar nerve and H reflex of tibial nerve in group A were higher than those in group B and C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When the neutral electromyogram was applied to diagnose diabetics,the peripheral neuropathy could be found as early as possible.Thus it was beneficial to grasp the best diagnostic time and then improve patients'clinical symptoms.
