摘 要:针对船舶非标外舾装的三维建模工作量大、手工建模效率不高和建模质量难以保证等问题,结合在三维体验平台方面的实践经验,提出一种船舶外舾装参数化模板构建方法。通过梳理同类外舾装对象的共性元素,基于输入元素和参数构建外舾装对象的三维模型。以船舶钢质直梯为验证对象构建参数化模板,基于参数化模板实现对船舶外舾装的快速建模,规范外舾装建模方法和外舾装模型,提高建模的效率和准确性,缩短外舾装设计周期,同时为后期三维设计交付物的自动生成提供数据支持。To solve the 3D modeling issues of heavy workload,low efficiency of manual modeling and difficult to ensure modeling quality of non-standard ship outfitting objects,this paper proposes a parameterized template construction method for ship external outfitting based on the practice of 3DEXPERINCE platform(3DEXP).After the common elements of similar outfitting objects are summarized,the 3D modeling of the object is achieved based on the input of elements and parameters.The steel ladder is taken as the verification object to create the parametric template,based on which rapid modeling is achieved,the construction method and the modeling of the outfitting objects are standardized.Thus the design efficiency and accuracy are improved,the design period is shortened and data support is provided for the automatic generation of the subsequent 3D designs delivered.
