摘 要:为推进和落实船舶建造中的壳、舾、涂一体化精度制造,对“涂装先行”造船模式进行分析,通过流程优化、工序前移、设计策划和生产管理等手段实现中间产品完整性达标、精度可控和涂装完工。阐述壳、舾、涂一体化精度制造与涂装先行的关系,指出实施涂装先行的意义和目的,在此基础上,策划和推行涂装先行。在某2500 TEU集装箱船建造项目中实际应用该涂装先行方案,结果表明,采取涂装先行方案能优化船舶设计、生产和管理等流程,缩短建造周期,提高建造质量,并取得更好的经济效益。In order to promote and implement the integrated precision manufacturing of hull,outfitting and coating in shipbuilding,the modern shipbuilding mode of“Coating First”is analyzed.Approaches such as process optimization,work procedure moved forward,design planning and production management are used to make the intermediate products met integrity standard,controllable precision and coating completion.This paper elaborates the integrated precision manufacturing of hull,outfitting and coating and its relationship with Coating First,and points out the significance and aim of Coating First.On this basis,the planning and implementation of Coating First is introduced.The Coating First mode is applied to the construction of a 2500 TEU container vessel.The result shows that the Coating First mode can optimize the process of design,production and management,shorten the construction period,improve the construction quality,and achieve certain economic benefits.
