时代变迁中劳动者多元化身份与家国精神的接续——以“一工一农”家庭为例

摘　　要：在“国家-集体-家庭”分析思路下,围绕“一工一农”家庭成员自我观念的变化阐述家国精神内向而务实的特征和发展脉络,以“一工一农”家庭的生活和发展轨迹再现时代变迁过程中社会制度与家庭结构间的内在联系。研究发现:从家庭劳动到社会主义建设,“一工一农”家庭的形成过程展现了“大我”与“小我”间的冲突与和协。作为深受爱国主义和集体主义教育熏陶的社会代,“一工一农”家庭以劳动者多元化身份把家庭的艰难经历融入社会主义建设历程中,体现出对国家和社会的责任担当,以及对集体的认同和归属,见证时代发展贡献者家国精神的接续。Based on the“country-collective-family”analysis,this paper focuses on the change of self-concept of“one worker,one farmer”family members to expound the introversion and pragmatic of the national spirit,and its development threads.Through the life and development track of the“one worker and one farmer”family,the internal relations between social system and family structure during the process of the development of the times are reproduced.The study found that from work to socialist construction,the formation process of“one worker,one farmer”family shows up the conflict and harmony between the collective and the individual.As a generation inspired by the education of patriotism and collectivism,the“one worker,one farmer”family blended the difficult experiences of the family with the socialist construction,reflecting the responsibility to the country and society,the identification and attribution to the collective,as well as the continuation of national spirit during the development of the times.
