善治视野下农村法治建设的价值向度与合力推进

摘　　要：新中国成立七十多年来,农村法治建设取得的成就有目共睹,但也存在不少问题,乡村振兴战略对新时代农村法治建设提出了新的要求。本文从善治的视角讨论农村法治建设的价值、存在的问题并提出对策,从有效融合传统文化和现代法治、塑造新型农村法治主体、推进依法行政和司法公正、加强农村公共法律服务等方面入手推进农村法治建设,以期助推农村善治和乡村振兴的实现。In the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the country legal construction has gained obvious achievements, but some problems exist, and the country revitalization strategy presents new requirement for new-era country legal construction. This paper discusses the value and the existing problems of the country legal construction,and proposes the countermeasures. The country legal construction is performed to promote the good governance and the revitalization of the country from the following aspects: efficiently integrating the traditional culture and the modern legal governance, building new-type country legal governance body, promoting law-based government administration and judicial fairness, strengthening the country public law service, and so on.
