“三全育人”视域下“1+N”导师制的实践与探索

摘　　要：落实立德树人的根本任务是当前教育的重要课题。为实现立德树人的根本任务,有许多路径可以选择,"1+N"导师制是1个主导导师和N个辅导导师对学生的学习、品德及生活等方面进行指导的一种教育教学制度,是高校实现"三全育人"模式的重要途径,就如何实现"全员育人"、"全程育人"及"全方位育人",本文在已有的"三全育人"模式与"1+N"导师制关系以及开展"1+N"导师制重要意义研究基础上,进一步探讨"1+N"导师制的途径。It is an important task to establish and practice "cultivating humanity through ethics". There are many approaches to realize it. "1+N" tutorship is not only a teaching method but also an essential way to achieve higher education.There is one main tutor and several assistant tutors involved to help and guide students in all aspects of life including making academic and ethic progresses. This assay, established on the theory of "all inclusive" approach, explores more achievable ways to cultivate and educate students through 1+N tutorship.
