“双一流”建设高校评价需求视角下查收查引服务探析

摘　　要：科研成果被重要数据库收录、引证等量化评价结果是查收查引提供的主要服务内容,也是衡量“双一流”建设发展水平的重要评价工具。文章采取网络调研法对102家教育部认证的科技查新工作站进行调研,针对“双一流”建设中高校评价对查收查引服务的需求进行分析。以调研结果为基础,明确查收查引服务在“双一流”建设高校评价需求下凸显的问题,继而针对分析的问题,提出相应的解决措施。The quantitative evaluation results of scientific research results included in important databases and cited are the main service content provided by the search and citation,and also an important evaluation tool for measuring the development level of“double first-class”construction.The article uses the network research method to investigate 102 scientific and technological novelty search workstations certified by the Ministry of Education,and analyzes the demand for the inspection and citation service in the evaluation of universities in the“double first-class”construction.Based on the survey results,we clarify the problems that are highlighted by the search and citation service under the evaluation needs of double first-class universities,and then propose corresponding solutions to the analyzed problems.
