摘  要:介绍了管线钢常用的三项现行落锤撕裂试验标准,即API RP 5L3—2014、SY/T 6476—2017和GB/T 8363—2018,从适用范围、试样制备、设备参数、试样保温、结果评定等方面对比分析了3个试验标准的异同。对比发现,SY/T 6476—2017标准增加了对试样总保温时间和到温保温时间的规定;正常断口评定中,由于断口剪切唇的可压缩性和解理区的不可压缩性,采用测量剪切唇宽度均值的方法得到的剪切面积S_(A)要小于采用测量解理区宽度均值的方法得到的S_(A);API RP 5L3—2014标准规定异常断口为无效试样,在异常断口评定方面具有一定的局限性;SY/T 6476—2017和GB/T 8363—2018标准均以附录形式给出了异常断口的评定方法,但其评定方法并不一致。Three current test standards of DWTT for pipeline steel,namely API RP 5L3—2014,SY/T 6476—2017,and GB/T 8363—2018,are introduced.The similarities and differences of the three test standards are compared and analyzed from the aspects of applicable scope,sample preparation,equipment parameters,sample insulation and result evaluation.Comparison shows that SY/T 6476—2017 standard adds provisions on the total insulation time and the insulation time to target temperature.In the normal fracture evaluation,SA obtained by measuring the mean width of the shear lip is smaller than that obtained by measuring the mean width of cleavage area due to the compressibility and incompressibility of the shear lip in the fracture.API RP 5L3—2014 standard defines abnormal fracture as invalid sample,which has certain limitations in the evaluation of abnormal fracture.Both SY/T 6476—2017 and GB/T 8363—2018 standards provide the assessment methods for abnormal fractures in the form of appendices,but the assessment methods for abnormal fractures are not consistent.
