摘 要:双层卷管成型属于薄板辊弯720°连续成型,任何部位成型异常,都会造成内外管壁贴合不良,导致最终双层管壁无法有效焊合。针对这一问题对其成型过程进行了分析,得出卷圆过程中辊弯成型轧辊的排布规律,即每卷圆90°,成型辊的相对位移均为36.3%,绝对位移则由卷管外径、壁厚共同决定。此外,为保证连续成型,对卷管起整形、定径作用的中心芯棒需保持一定斜率,其值由变形区长度、卷管直径、壁厚共同决定,并给出了计算公式。在此基础上,通过对一个内圈成型异常管的分析,进一步计算出导致卷管内壁成型不良的轧辊位置,并提供了改进意见。The double-wall rolling tube forming belongs to the continuous forming of 720°sheet roll bending.Any abnormal forming will cause unfitness of the internal and external pipe wall,resulting in the double-wall pipe wall can not be effectively welded finally.In view of the problems above,the forming process is analyzed,and the roll arrangement rule of the roll forming process is obtained.The relative displacement of the forming roller is 36.3%at 90°of each coil.The absolute displacement is determined by the outer diameter and wall thickness of the rolling tube.In addition,in order to ensure continuous forming,a certain slope must be maintained for the central mandrel which plays the role of shaping and sizing the rolling tube.The value is determined by the length of deformation zone,the diameter of coiled pipe and the wall thickness,and the calculation formula is given.On this basis,through the analysis of the tube with abnormal inner ring forming,the position of the roller that causes the inner wall of the pipe to be formed badly is further calculated,and the suggestions are provided.
