摘 要:为了探索厚壁直缝焊管的埋弧焊接工艺,采用HY E36-Z35钢板进行了焊接工艺试验。焊接选用药芯焊丝气体保护焊(FCAW-GS)横焊打底与双电源双丝交流埋弧焊(SAW)焊接系统平焊填充组合的方式,焊后对焊接接头进行了宏观金相和力学性能试验。试验结果表明:焊接过程中双丝交流电弧稳定,得到了成形良好且力学性能优异的焊接接头,满足了AWS D1.1焊接规范对焊缝接头性能的要求;双电源双丝交流的埋弧焊(SAW)开辟了厚壁直缝钢管焊接的新工艺。In order to explore the submerged arc welding technology of thick wall longitudinal steel pipe,HY E36-Z35 steel plate was used to carry out the welding technology test.The welding method of FCAW-GS cross welding base and double power and double wire AC submerged arc welding(SAW)welding system was adopted.After welding,macroscopic metallographic and mechanical properties of welded joints were tested after welding.The test results show that the double wire AC arc is stable in the welding process,and the welded joint with good shape and excellent mechanical properties is obtained.It meets the requirement of AWS D1.1 welding specification for weld joint performance.The submerged arc welding(SAW)of double power and double wire AC has opened up a new way to realize thick wall longitudinal steel pipe welding.
