摘　　要：针对外墙饰面砖空鼓及脱落现象,结合大量既有建筑检测鉴定的经验总结,从材料、设计、施工三方面分析外墙饰面砖空鼓及脱落的主要原因,并按材料因素、设计因素、施工因素分别提出质量控制方法,对建筑外墙装饰工程提供借鉴,尽可能降低外墙饰面砖工程的安全隐患。For external wall face brick empty drum and falls off phenomenon,combined with a large number of testing experience summary of the existing buildings,from material,design,construction three aspects analyzes tile wall empty drum and fall off of the main causes of,and according to the material factors,design factors,construction factors,respectively,puts forward the quality control method,to provide reference for building exterior wall decoration engineering,reduce external wall face brick engineering safety hidden trouble.
