摘 要:随着国家“一带一路”的建设倡议,拉动了西南地区经济的快速发展,城市或区域中的超高层地标性建筑不断涌现,同时促进了动臂式塔机在西南地区超高层建筑中的普遍使用。但西南地区作为地震多发地区,动臂式塔机的安全使用是建筑施工企业的施工策划管理的重中之重。通过施加地震波模拟地震力作用下各关键节点及关键节点单元节点的承载情况,同时对外挂架杆件进行试验检测,复核理论计算结果,同时与有限元分析进行对比。通过模拟及试验,找出关键薄弱节点,对动臂式塔机的安装设计使用起到一定的指导作用。With the one belt,one road construction strategy,the rapid development of the southwest region has been promoted.As a super high-rise building in a city or region,landmark buildings have springing up,and the use of the boom tower crane in the southwest high-rise buildings has been promoted.However,as an earthquake prone area in Southwest China,the safe use of boom tower crane is the top priority of construction planning and management of construction enterprises.In this paper,by applying seismic wave to simulate the load-carrying situation of each key node and key node unit node under the action of seismic force,at the same time,the test and detection of the external pylon members are carried out,the theoretical calculation results are rechecked,and the results are compared with the finite element analysis.Through simulation and test,the key weak nodes are found out,which plays a guiding role in the installation,design and use of boom tower crane.
