摘 要:北京市区及周边区县均有大量老旧小区,建设年代久远,建筑设计落后,设施老化等问题亟待解决。结合工程实例,对老旧小区建筑外墙节能改造施工中重点把控问题及主要施工技术措施进行探讨。工程重点对基层处理、保温板安装、BIM技术排板、非标板定制加工、防热桥效应及门窗口处断桥构造设计等环节进行把控,相关技术的应用对建筑节能改造起到了很好的效果,得到了地区政府及业主的肯定。There are a large number of old residential areas in the urban area and surrounding districts and counties of Beijing.The problems such as long-standing construction,backward architectural design and aging facilities need to be solved.Based on the project example,this paper discusses the key control problems and the main construction technical measures in the energy-saving reconstruction of the outer wall of old residential buildings.The project focuses on the basic treatment,thermal insulation board installation,BIM technology plate arrangement,non-standard plate customization processing,and the design of the broken bridge structure at the door and window.The application of related technologies has a good effect on the building energy-saving transformation,and has been affirmed by the local government and the owner.
