摘 要:为解决永磁同步发电机气隙磁场难以调节的问题,同时又保持其无刷化的优点,提出一种基于谐波励磁的无刷混合励磁同步发电机。该发电机在混合励磁同步发电机的基础上,增加了2套附加谐波绕组:定子谐波励磁绕组和转子谐波绕组。定子谐波励磁绕组建立的谐波磁场会在转子谐波绕组中感应谐波电动势,该谐波电动势经二极管旋转整流器后直接提供给转子励磁绕组。阐述该新型电机的基本结构,并分析转子谐波电动势的产生机理及其励磁原理。理论计算和实验结果表明:通过控制定子谐波励磁电流,可以实现该发电机气隙磁场和端电压的调节,同时验证了文中提出的无刷谐波励磁原理的正确性和方案的可行性。The air gap magnetic field of the permanent magnet synchronous generator is difficult to adjust.In order to solve the problem and maintain its brushless advantages,a brushless hybrid excitation synchronous generator(HESG)based on harmonic excitation was proposed.On the basis of the HESG,this generator had added two sets of additional harmonic windings:stator harmonic excitation winding and rotor harmonic winding.The harmonic magnetic field established by the stator harmonic excitation winding induced the harmonic electromotive force(EMF)in the rotor harmonic winding,and the harmonic EMF was directly provided to the rotor excitation winding through the diode rotating rectifier.The basic structure was expounded,and the generation mechanism of the rotor harmonic EMF and the excitation principle were analyzed.Theoretical calculation and experimental results show that the air gap magnetic field and terminal voltage of the generator can be adjusted by controlling the stator harmonic excitation current.At the same time,the correctness of the proposed brushless harmonic excitation principle and the feasibility of the scheme are verified.
