摘 要:电场耦合无线电能传输(electric-field coupled power transfer,ECPT)技术是一种以高频电场作为能量介质的无线传能方式。在实际中用电负载要求ECPT系统的输出电压或电流不能随着负载等效阻值的变化而大幅度变化。针对此,该文分析现有谐振网络在4种工作模式下输出恒定的一般性条件,给出具有恒定输出特性的三阶和四阶谐振电路形式,推导分析谐振电路在恒压及恒流两种模式下的输入输出增益、全谐波畸变率及参数敏感性,进而提出适用于恒压型和恒流型ECPT系统的复合谐振电路结构,并给出系统的参数设计方法。最后通过仿真模型及实验样机验证所提出系统的传输特性及参数设计方法的准确性。结果表明:所提出的系统不仅具有恒定输出特性,同时还兼具较好的谐波抑制能力和参数鲁棒性。Electric-field coupled power transfer(ECPT) systems employ high frequency electric field as energy medium to transfer power wirelessly. In practical applications, the electrical equipment has the need of a stable operating voltage. This paper derived the general constraints on resonant networks operating at four states for constant output, respectively. And then the three and four order resonant circuits with constant output were presented. The output gains of these resonant circuits were calculated and the total harmonic distortion as well as parameter sensitivity was analyzed. Accordingly, the configuration of ECPT systems based on composite resonate circuits with constant output was proposed and the parameter design method was presented. Finally, the transfer characteristics of the proposed system and accuracy of the design method have been verified by simulations and experimental results.
