摘　　要：文中通过多角度分析需求的重要性以及需求缺失的主体和原因,指出了改革力量的不平衡以及企业层面需求的缺失是阻碍建筑企业信息化深入发展的主要障碍之一。作为结论,在信息化实现路径上提出类似产品经理的职业群体存在的重要性,以及其对目前建筑企业信息化路径的稳定所发挥的作用。In this paper, the importance of the multiple perspectives analysis demand as well as the body of the lack of demand and the reason, pointed out the reform of the power imbalance, and the lack of demand for enterprise level is the main obstacle to the development of construction enterprise informatization. As a conclusion, this paper puts forward the importance of the existence of professional groups similar to product managers in the informatization realization path, as well as its role in the stabilization of the current informatization path of construction enterprises.
