标志性建筑主导的城市空间形态视觉偏好评价研究——以上海东方明珠电视塔为例

摘　　要：视觉偏好评价是研究城市空间形态的重要方法之一。以上海东方明珠电视塔为核心的小陆家嘴城市空间形态作为研究对象,对不同类型的参与者进行图像刺激实验。研究结果表明,不同类型的人对这一标志性建筑周边环境的快速变化以及建筑的高度、密度、距离等物理属性存在不同的视觉偏好评价;标志性建筑及其周边环境的物理属性对于人们的视觉偏好评价具有重要的影响。最后针对城市空间形态未来可能的变化趋势提出了规划设计建议。Visual preference evaluation is one of the important methods to study urban form.With the urban form of the Shanghai Small Lujiazui district dominated by the Oriental Pearl Radio&TV Tower as research object,photo stimulation experiments were conducted with participants of different demographic characteristics.The analytical results indicate that different people render different visual preference evaluation for the fast change and some physical features such as height,density,distance of this urban landmark and its surroundings;physical features of the urban form in the district dominated by the landmark are the main factors that influence people’s visual preference evaluation;planning and design suggestions are proposed for the possible future trends of the urban form.
