摘 要:在此采用两级AC/DC电源拓扑:前级采用硅(Si)基金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET)的图腾柱功率因数校正(Totem-pole PFC)电路,利用体二极管的反向恢复特性,采用简单的模拟控制方式,实现全范围输入电压下的软开关,降低开关损耗,满足高效、高功率密度的要求;后级采用基于氮化镓(GaN)器件的LLC软开关谐振变换电路。以第五届高校电力电子应用设计大赛要求为指标,研制了一台176-264 V交流输入,400 W/48 V直流输出的实验样机,前级PFC峰值效率为98.5%,整机效率峰值为96.2%,整机功率密度达到3.76 W/cm~3。实验结果验证了设计方案的可行性和先进性,为AC/DC电源的设计提供指导和帮助。A two-stage AC/DC power supply scheme is adopted.The front stage adopts Totem-pole power factor correction(Totem-pole PFC)based on silicon(Si)metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFET).The reverse recovery characteristic of the body diode and the simple analog control are used to realize the soft switching within full input voltage,which can effectively reduce the switching loss,improve the switching frequency,and meet the requirements of high efficiency and high power density.The back stage adopts soft switching LLC resonant converter based on gallium nitride(GaN)device.An experimental prototype with 176~264 V AC input and 400 W/48 V DC output is developed based on the specifications of the fifth college power electronics application design competition.The peak efficiency of front stage PFC is 98.5%,the peak efficiency of overall unit is 96.2%,and the power density is 3.76 W/cm~3.The experimental results verify the feasibility and advancement of the design scheme and provide guidance and help for the design of AC/DC power supply.
