摘  要:模块化多电平换流器(MMC)通过标准功率模块(SM)的串联实现高压大容量化,且避免了器件的直接串联,降低了制造难度,具有开关频率低、效率高、输出特性好、可扩展性强等优点,已成为当前柔性直流输电系统中换流阀的首选方案。MMC因其大功率、高电压、强电流的特点,导致在试验环境中很难构建与实际工程相同的全载电路进行试验。因此,设计适当、有效的试验方法和装置来获得能代表实际运行条件的关键应力显得尤为重要。这里首先分析了MMC系统功率模块试验电路的工作原理,然后提出了一种主动充电策略及功率对推控制策略,最后在此基础上对某工程上的功率模块进行了充电试验和功率对推试验。该试验电路简单易行,能模拟MMC功率模块实际运行中的电压、电流和温度应力,特别适合模块样机研制阶段对单模块进行测试。The modular multilevel converter(MMC)realizes high voltage and large capacity through the series connection of standard power modules(SM),avoids the direct series connection of devices,reduces the manufacturing difficulty,and has the advantages of low switching frequency,high efficiency,good output characteristics,strong expansibility,etc.,which has become the preferred scheme of converter valve in the current flexible direct current transmission system.MMC has the characteristics of high power,high voltage and strong current,which makes it difficult to build the same full load circuit as the actual project in the test environment.Therefore,it is very important to design appropriate and effective test methods and devices to obtain the key stress which can represent the actual operating conditions.This paper first analyzes the working principle of the power module test circuit of MMC system,and then proposes an active charging strategy and power push control strategy.Finally,on this basis,the charging and power push test are implemented in the power module of the project.The test circuit is simple and can simulate the voltage,current and temperature stress in the actual operation of MMC power module,especially suitable for testing single module in the development stage of module prototype.
