利多卡因乳膏与利多卡因局部注射麻醉在包皮吻合器环切术中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较在包皮吻合器环切术中运用利多卡因乳膏、利多卡因局部注射进行麻醉处理的效果。方法筛选出2018年2月至2019年6月于郑州市第一人民医院开展包皮吻合器环切术治疗处理的患者62例,应用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组与观察组。参照组给予利多卡因局部注射进行麻醉处理,观察组运用复方利多卡因乳膏进行麻醉处理。记录并对比两组的麻醉结果。结果观察组术前配合度明显高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组手术操作时长、术后痛感恢复时长比参照组短(P<0.05);观察组麻醉有效性明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在包皮吻合器环切术中运用利多卡因乳膏进行麻醉处理,相较于利多卡因局部注射,麻醉效果更佳,有助于减少手术的操作时长及术后痛感的恢复时长。Objective To compare the application value of anesthesia treatment with lidocaine cream and lidocaine local injection in the circumcision of the prepuce stapler.Methods Sixty-two patients with circumcision of prepuce stapler in the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from February2018 to June 2019 were screened.The patients were divided into reference group and observation group by digital random table.The reference group was given anesthesia with local injection of lidocaine,and the observation group was treated with a compound lidocaine cream for anesthesia.The anesthetic outcomes of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the preoperative coordination of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).The operation time and the recovery time of postoperative pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The effectiveness of anesthesia was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the circumcision of the prepuce stapler,the lidocaine cream used for anesthesia have better anesthesia effect than lidocaine local injection anesthesia,which helps to reduce the operation time and the recovery time of the postoperative pain.
