摘  要:为了解决钢桥面刚柔复合铺装层间粘结材料失效问题,通过室内试验,对水性环氧沥青、二阶反应型防水粘结剂和反应型粘结防水剂三种防水粘结材料,进行施工和易性能、耐高温性能、低温柔韧性能、粘接性能及抗剪性能试验。对比分析各项性能,并分析不同洒布量和温度对三种防水粘结材料路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:三种防水粘结材料的施工和易性能、高温性能、低温柔韧性能均较优;二阶反应型防水粘结剂和反应型粘结防水剂适用于温度跨度较大的区域,水性环氧沥青不适用于夏季炎热区域;洒布量为0.80 kg/m^(2)时,三种材料的粘接强度和抗剪强度最大;推荐采用洒布量为0.8 kg/m^(2)进行实际工程应用。In order to solve the bonding failure problem of rigid and flexible composite pavement of steel bridge deck,the construction workability,high temperature resistance,low temperature flexibility,bonding performance and shear performance of three kinds of waterproof bonding materials,i.g.waterborne epoxy binder,second-order reactive waterproof binder and reactive binding waterproof agent were carried out through the indoor test.Each performance was analyzed comparatively,and the influence of different spraying amounts and temperatures on the road performance of three kinds of waterproof bonding materials were also analyzed.The research results showed that the construction workability,high temperature resistance and low temperature flexibility of three kinds of waterproof bonding materials were relatively good.The second-order reactive waterproof binder and reactive binding waterproof agent were suitable for areas with large temperature span,while waterborne epoxy binder was not suitable for hot areas in summer.When the spraying amount was 0.8 kg/m^(2),the bonding strength and shear strength of three materials were the highest.It was recommended to use the spraying amount of0.8 kg/m^(2)for practical engineering application.
