金融发展、知识产权保护与自主创新--基于面板平滑转换回归模型的非线性影响分析

摘　　要：本文基于2003—2018年我国30个省(市、自治区)的面板数据,采用面板平滑转换回归模型(PSTR),从金融发展的规模、结构和效率三个层面实证检验了金融发展与自主创新的非线性关系以及知识产权保护的调节作用。研究发现:(1)金融发展规模、结构和效率对自主创新具有稳健的正向提升作用;(2)知识产权保护在金融发展影响自主创新的过程中存在显著的非线性影响,随着知识产权保护水平的增强,金融结构的调整以及金融发展效率的提高均对自主创新具有显著递增的促进效应,但金融发展规模的扩张对自主创新能力的影响反而有所削弱。On the basis of the panel data of China's 30 provinces from 2003 to 2018,this paper adopts the panel smooth transformation regression model(PSTR)to empirically test the nonlinear relationship between financial development and independent innovation and the moderating effect of intellectual property protection from the three levels of scale:structure and efficiency of financial development.The results show that:(1)the scale,structure and efficiency of financial development have a steady positive effect on independent innovation;(2)intellectual property protection has a significant non-linear effect in the process of financial development affecting independent innovation.With the enhancement of intellectual property protection level,the adjustment of financial structure and the improvement of financial development efficiency have a significant increasing promoting effect on independent innovation,while the expansion of financial development scale weakens the independent innovation ability to some extent.
